Helly is operated by Fierce.com LLC, a Delaware limited liability company. By using Helly you agree to these Terms.
The service
Helly helps you organize financial information you provide and offers educational guidance, including a Money Plan. In this version, Helly does not link accounts, hold or custody funds, execute transactions, or move money.
Eligibility and your account
- You must be at least 18 years old to use Helly.
- You agree to provide accurate account information and keep it current.
- You are responsible for keeping your credentials secure.
- If you believe your account has been compromised, contact support@helly.ai.
- You are responsible for activity in your account, except where applicable law provides otherwise.
Important Information About Helly
Helly provides general educational and informational financial guidance based on the information you provide. Helly is not a financial adviser, investment adviser, broker-dealer, tax adviser, accountant, attorney, credit counselor, insurance adviser, or other licensed professional, and use of Helly does not create a fiduciary, advisory, professional, or client relationship.
Information, recommendations, projections, priorities, Money Plans, and other content provided by Helly are for educational and informational purposes only and should not be considered individualized investment, tax, legal, accounting, credit, insurance, or other professional advice.
Helly relies in part on information you provide, which may be incomplete, estimated, inaccurate, or change over time. - Do not attempt to disrupt, probe, or gain unauthorized access to the service.
- Do not attempt to bypass or interfere with security or authentication measures.
- Do not introduce malicious code into the service.
- Do not use automated means to access or use the service in a manner that harms or overloads it.
- Do not reverse engineer the service, except where applicable law permits.
- Do not misrepresent your identity or submit information you are not permitted to share.
Your information and our intellectual property
You keep the information you submit. You give Helly permission to use it as needed to operate and provide the service to you.
Helly, including its software, content, and branding, belongs to the operator and its licensors. You receive a limited, personal, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the service.
Availability and changes
We may change, suspend, or discontinue parts of the service. We may suspend or terminate access where reasonable, including for violations of these Terms. You may stop using Helly at any time.
Warranty
To the extent permitted by law, Helly is provided “as is” and “as available”.
Liability
Applicable law may limit liability in some situations, and any rights you have that cannot be waived under applicable law remain unaffected by these Terms.
Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles, except where applicable law requires otherwise.
